The Siliguri Municipal Corporation<\/a> (SMC<\/a>) has announced a two-day suspension of drinking water supply on November 22 and 23 due to the inauguration of a second intake well. To mitigate the impact on residents, the SMC <\/a>has made alternative arrangements, including the deployment of 26 water tanks<\/a> and the distribution of 3 lakh water pouches across all city wards.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspension, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, is expected to affect households and businesses throughout Siliguri<\/a>.
