Sikkim Wins Five Medals at National Taekwondo Championship

Cuttack, Odisha,30th august 2025 – Sikkim made a strong impression at the Sub-Junior and Senior National Taekwondo Championship held in Cuttack, Odisha, clinching five medals, including a gold in the Sub-Junior Girls Team Poomsae category.

The championship, which saw fierce competition from across India, was made even more memorable by the presence of Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang (Golay). His attendance as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony served as a source of inspiration and motivation for the athletes, fueling their drive for success.
