Sumiran is also the founder of a cloth curator store named ‘Lali Vintage’. She consistently talks about the art of thrifting and sustainable and conscious fashion, which is an alternative trend to fast fashion. Conscious fashion consists of apparel and accessories that prioritise the sustainability of people and the planet. Her online thrift store, “Lali Vintage,” is widely loved among the masses with the tagline, “A home for pre-loved pieces handpicked and curated with love.” Thrift stores are growing in popularity because they are environmentally friendly and provide a great mix of fashion that breathes new life into old items. Sumiran’s Team Lali has also initiated a collection and donation endeavour for the Kalimpong orphanage.
