Gangtok, September 4, 2025 – In a proud moment for Sikkim and Indian motorsport, Aarogya Dahal, a young racing prodigy from Rhenock Tarpin, has secured second place at the FIA Malaysian Karting Championship. The international event was held at the prestigious Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia and saw participation from top karting drivers representing eight countries.
Aarogya’s podium finish is a testament to his growing reputation in the racing world. He has consistently demonstrated talent, determination, and discipline in both national and international competitions. From being recognised at the Kerala Talent Hunt to completing 700 km and 600 laps in a 12-hour endurance race at the Sodi World Series (SWS) in Dubai, his journey continues to inspire. He also finished third in the Senior 4S category during a race organised by the Motorsport Association of Malaysia (MAM) at Sepang and has participated in Rotax testing to further refine his skills.
Looking ahead, Aarogya is preparing to race in the full season of the SWS Dubai Championship and the Malaysia Karting Championship (MKC) later this year. As he continues to represent Sikkim and India at international events, his dedication and success offer inspiration to young motorsport enthusiasts across the region.
